Many community organizations are difficult places for employees to sustain hope - partially because there is very little focus on activities which maintain the health of the team and most time is spent serving the people coming through the doors. Layer on top of that fiscal cutbacks and paperwork requirements, and you have a recipe for unhealthy workplaces! This training applies recent research showing that a focus in four key areas is necessary to build and maintain a healthy, hopeful group.
